Foodmin Family

Been long since i've posted in this space; probably because i was unable to muster up enough courage.
Courage to face this space.
Fear that i would be reminded of all the times together,
when i see your face.

Thinking back, i do not regret anything. not one bit.
I guess God has taught me a valuable lesson, and I thank God for this opportunity to help me grow. ;)

Moving on~
~FOODMIN AY 12/13~

CAMP WAS AWESOME.
Really glad i had the opportunity to be in foodmin ay 12/13, thank you, stewie!
Foodmin had so many identities this year,
a purple polka dot headband, carebear, and water gun! *piewpiewpiew*
I do not regret a single of the 6 days that i spent in school, knowing people,
then bonding with my foodmin family, learning from the seniors, cheering our hearts out,
delivering food, making jokes, meeting freshies, imitating cheers from every empire,
watching ghost movies every night, the random card game session that lasted for 5 hours,
slapping the leg (mrt game) that scarred everyone's thighs for life,
our own definition of running man (aka water gun games), munching pringles together,
learning TP's hand sign song, and the ultimate TP mass dance + chicky dance combo!
Sorry for this delayed post, but I love every single one of you, Foodmin!
Freshmen Orientation Camp has honestly made me regret not attending it when i was a Freshie.
I lost two valuable years of fun,

“When he worked, he really worked. But when he played, he really PLAYED.”
- Dr Seuss

In camp, I met Jean, My sleeping partner for the week hehe,
and coincidentally we also stay near each other, soooo we always went for camp events together!

aaaaaaand here we have the talented ukulele singer from thailand, 5555 na ka!

w/ my sexy foodmin people.

okay, random sleepy photo taking session at 6.30 a.m.
technically, the early birds gets the worms right...?
in camp foodmin are the birds without the worms AHAHAHAHA
because we only get to eat the leftover food after everyone else has gotten their share.

this was when we were helping program for a game, hunt-gry
hehehe. all of us were really bored while waiting for the game to start HAHAH, after our own definition of water gun running man, then...

*spotted* thai girl and accounting boy's love story.

we were pretending to camwhore initially, because all of us wanted to take mariam and kwokyang's love shot!

presenting..........

HAHAHAHA, all time couple mariam and kwokyang, feat. bilson
secret mission: accomplished!

finaaaaaaaally, it was performance night
foodlogprog had the best cheer ever, kind of like a medley thing where songs were combined together!
pretty awesome, i could never ever have thought of that.

first, we blended in with the freshies; sab, jean and i even made friends w some of them
hehehehe, even the GLs co operated with us.
when it was our turn to perform we stripped our outer shirt to reveal the
"TEAM FOOD/LOG/PROG" shirt, and did the harlem shake all the way to the stage
it was fun because some of us dressed up as some huge ass boobs person w a mustache all.
because, #yolo okay. HAHAHAHAHAHA

However, all the fun eventually came to an end.
We had the final debrief as ~foodmin~ and in no time, 6pm became 3am.
Everyone poured their hearts out, the year 3s were passing on their knowledge to us,
tears were filled with sad and joy.

THEN

We had the all time tradition
MASS FO OUTING at Sentosa,
hehehhe, pictures speak a thousand words don't they? i'm just really blessed for being able to know so many awesome people to share both my joy and sad moments with, making my camp experience such a memorable one.
k sorry for my abrupt ending
luv you all foodmin! byebye
